A WOW LEADER

Bringing back the Davidic Terbanace,Worshiping God In Love Truth and Spirit

This few days i have been thinking of how to be a WOW LEADER.

I realized that from listening to other leaders i have become a better leader myself,I can now share with you a few points i have learnt in secrete to some great leaders of out time.

1.DON'T FOCUS ON THE LIMELIGHT.

If you are a leader wanting to grow in leadership skills and gifting, then never take much of your time craving for the limelight, you will always have it anyway, but to live for it will make you a control freak and a senseless person who cant stand being alone in the dark or who cant cant go it alone when there is no one ready to follow.
You can make a good leader if you are able to lead from within and yet help people find the way forward.
focus on the journey  and the goals on the paths if you are to be followed.

2.BE READY FOR ANYTHING BUT DON,T TAKE EVERYTHING.

You should know that all things that raise up do so by leadership and the same is for the one that fails. It takes a leader to make peace just as for war to be started.
So for this you have to be ready to get all the dirt and crap in life and from them that walk with you but don,t take everything dropped at you doorstep, know when to say come in and go away, get out of my way, come out of my house, stay away from me,get behind me,and mostly know when to deal with and for a purpose.

3.BE READY TO MOVE WITH THE RIGHT MOMENTUM.

Many leaders have failed not because they didn't have the gift of talent or ability, but they went down the drain because the dint know when it was right to move with the current or with the push,Paul the apostle spoke this when they were getting into the sea.The captain was seeing the wind that could move the ship to the next stop while Paul was seeing a wind that will drop them right in the head of a hurricane storm..
A leader must know which wind is meant to push them into there destiny.

4.BE READY TO PUSH THE AGENDA TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

A leader never waits for a fight for him to get into war,you know where the enemy is,then strike so long us he is standing on your way.A leader never waits for a controversy for him to prove his ability, you must move on and make sure you live a terrain for your followers to read on and make a life on,you got to work full time and never should you ever think that you will rest from the job as a leader.
You need strength not rest, the moment you sit back and rest, you will only help the enemy build up courage to come at you.

5.BE READY TO WORK WITH BOTH HANDS.

Never get to stop walking towards you destination because of a moment of war, never run backwards when you are attacked by your fores, you have to learn how to fight with one hand and build you walls with the other, defend you course with one hand and build you wall with the other and you will have a successful end.

6.KNOW THEM THAT KNOW YOU
The greatest tragedy in an institution, company, ministry, family or government is to see a successful leader handing over his mantle to a person that is against His principles, vision and what he stands for.for you to make sure that your legacy lives on after you are gone, you have to copy the principle of Jesus,He left the mantle to the only one man who knew who he was and what He stands for.
Bottom line never give your legacy to a stranger

EMBRACE THE NEW BEGGINING

Bringing back the Davidic Terbanace,Worshiping God In Love Truth and Spirit

Through His grace and mercy, God has promised us a new beginning that will endure for eternity…

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
-All you have to do is to stop planning to fail by believing in Gods plan for us,we need to get into His set welfare for us,He has already set people in place to work out things for your good.Your work is just to believe and be in the right place and position, for His planes for your life are the best.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

-If you are to get into Gods plans for your life then you have to know that your old nature is no longer a part of you, many of us fail to get in tune with Gods plan for us just because we run into Gods plans dressed in our old self.Do not come in the new phase of your life in Christ holding your former life's events.Your yesterdays pains and misfortunes don't have a space in today's glory in God.You are to hold onto the new of the day and you will test the righteousness of Christ.

Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
-God is doing a new thing to a new you,if you don't embrace it then you will miss it,that's why He say's,You are a new creation, not old sinner or social degenerate. You are Gods new workmanship and He is ready to invest in you as His ever new project. He will give you Godspeed and success, you will not glide but mount up with wings like eagles.you will achieve big things in a shot period of time for you are His new design in town.you are a brand new merchandise ready to take the market by storm.get to hold onto the new you.
“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
-Many people hold first to the past events and that has made them fail to thrust through the ceilings for their God given space.Leaving in your past only makes you stagnated and courses you to move in circles. The things you remember as negative are the reason He wants you to renew your mind in the Spirit. That you may focus your attention on Him and His plan for you.

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”
-Gods plan is evident in His love that is new in you every morning,All you have to do is never want the manna you got yesterday be in your store today, for each day has its own God given manna that shouts Gods love for you.

To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
-Paul speaks it crystal clear when he says, renew your mind in the spirit. He by the Holly Ghost spake this to help man stop keeping the things of the past in mind that makes many to live in mediocrity and human nature that is to error.Make sure you don't stick to your former self if you really want to test Gods freedom.

He will
The bench word that stands in all Gods promises for you is He will do just What says He will do.

HOW TO STUDY THE BIBLE

Bringing back the Davidic Terbanace,Worshiping God In Love Truth and Spirit

The main purpose of interpreting a text is not UNIQUENESS but CLARITY!   The first task of the preacher is EXEGESIS – careful, systematic study of the Scripture to discover the original, intended meaning; to find out the original intent of the words of the Bible; to hear the Word as the original recipients heard it.  But we don’t just do exegesis when there is an obvious difference between THEN and NOW – it is the first step in studying EVERY text
  • Go back to the original and the best sources for yourself first – don’t just begin by consulting somebody’s book! (i.e. Mark 10:23 – one “expert” said there was a gate in Jerusalem called the “Needle’s Eye” which camels could only go through on their knees, but that gate never existed!)
  • We must always guard against EXEGESIS – reading our desired interpretation into the text instead of letting the text speak to us!

To provoke your thinking, one of the best things to do is use several Bible translations that you know in advance will differ in their interpretation.
There are three basic theories of translation:
  1. Literal: advantage – as close as possible to the original; disadvantage – doesn’t account for cultural differences in customs and expressions (i.e. King James Version)
  2. Free: advantage – eliminates historical and cultural “barriers” by expressing Scripture in modern terms; disadvantage – since it is more concerned with translating “ideas” it is not always accurate in exact wording (i.e. Phillips, Living Bible, The Message)
  3. Dynamic Equivalence: advantage – translates words, idioms and grammatical construction of the original language into “precise equivalents” in modern language; disadvantage – not as “loose” as a free paraphrase, but still not as exact in its wording as a literal translation (i.e. New International Version, New Living Translation)

WHY DOES THIS MATTER? BECAUSE OUR BIBLE DOCTRINE MUST BE EXACT!
That’s why it's important to use the King James Version as your primary text to teach Bible doctrine, while you can use other modern translations to teach issues of practical Christian living. Sometimes, modern translations can shed more light on a passage than the KJV, but you have to be CAREFUL!
Bible Translations – PROS & CONS
  • The King James Version is the most ACCURATE translation, but there are other valid translations. For example, look at 1 Corinthians 7:36 …
  • KJV is accurate, but unclear - But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry.
  • NASB is inaccurate! - But if any man thinks that he is acting unbecomingly toward his virgin daughter, if she should be of full age, and if it must be so, let him do what he wishes, he does not sin; let her marry.
  • LB is not specific enough! - But if anyone feels he ought to marry because he has trouble controlling his passions, it is all right; it is not a sin; let him marry.
  • NIV is accurate and clear - If anyone thinks he is acting improperly toward the virgin he is engaged to, and if she is getting along in years and he feels he ought to marry, he should do as he wants. He is not sinning. They should get married.
  • TM helps to clarify - If a man has a woman friend to whom he is loyal but never intended to marry, having decided to serve God as a “single,” and then changes his mind, deciding he should marry her, he should go ahead and marry. It’s no sin; it’s not even a “step down” from celibacy, as some say.

The Amplified Version (which gives various “shades of meaning”) can be helpful at times, with this caution: It is often better to use several translations, note where they differ, and then check out those differences in another source, than to be led to believe that a word can mean one of several things in any given sentence, with the reader left to choose whatever best strikes his or her fancy.

How do I know which translation is best? Do some basic word studies and see which one comes closest to the original languages. Do some additional reading that pertains to the specific passage you are studying; in almost every case the majority opinion will be right. Why do Bible versions differ? DOCTRINAL BIAS!
